Hi, I’m Joey. 

Comedy writer by trade. Infomercial consumer due to lack of sleep. In person, I love to talk, so here I’ll keep it brief. 

To kick off 2025, I directed my debut ad campaign for Flop House Comedy Club in Brooklyn, New York. Also, I started the year by not winning the Doritos "Crash the Super Bowl" commercial competition. But you might find it impressive that my spot made it to the top 25... don’t worry, I didn’t find it impressive either. 

Before breaking into the ad world, I built my chops in live event promoting, grinding as a comedian in the New York stand-up scene. And, like most creative directors, I dabbled in the film festival circuit, where my short films won a few awards I can brag about over a beer sometime.
